Helen LeeHelen Lee is the Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives for InterVarsity Press (IVP) and the Director of Content and Resource Development for Missio Alliance. Prior to her current role at IVP, she worked as an acquisitions editor and the marketing director, where she acquired notable titles such as Canoeing the Mountains, White Awake, and Beyond Colorblind and managed the promotion of books of numerous authors including Philip Yancey, Jen Michel, and Dominique Gilliard.
She is the author of The Missional Mom and co-founder of the Best Christian Workplaces; her forthcoming book co-authored with Michelle Reyes on The Race-Wise Family releases in 2022. In addition, Helen’s work at Missio Alliance has allowed her to develop online content and events for their audience of 15,000 pastors, church leaders, and thought leaders. Helen began her career in Christian publishing at Christianity Today as a reporter and editor; she has also received multiple awards from the Evangelical Press Association in feature writing, devotional writing, and reporting. Helen is especially passionate about recognizing and elevating marginalized voices in the church; she frequently speaks and writes on the topic of racial justice and cultural sensitivity.
